Privacy
An encrypted vault, not a marketing list
VitalMarks runs the infrastructure in the EU. You do not manage keys. Staff do not open your labs out of curiosity.
We always ask for consent
Health data is a special category under GDPR (including Art. 9) and Slovenian practice. Each purpose has its own explicit consent, with no pre-ticked boxes. You can revoke at any time.
Encrypted vault
Results are stored encrypted in the EU. You open them. A doctor sees a result only if you share it, for a limited time: the same explicit step as an analysis, not a standing view. We do not browse labs, and we do not use them for ads.
AI only when you ask
Sign in with Google, then tap Generate insights or approve the analysis. The vault opens for that job. The model sees values, age band, and sex (not your name, email, or national ID), then the vault locks and the report stays with you. Reading a file works the same way. The model does not keep the vault open, and we do not train on your data.
You decide export and deletion
Sharing with a doctor is a separate, time-limited grant. Export is another choice, because the file leaves the vault. On request we delete the data.

What does a year cost?
Signature is €399, or €349 for the first 50, and includes Deep Dive, one DEXA with that draw, and a Check-in blood panel. Prices include VAT.
Who can see my lab results?
Sign in with Google. No new password. Your vault unlocks with your account; doctors only if you share. You open a result. To write an explanation you tap Generate insights or approve the analysis. The vault opens for that job, the model sees only what it needs, then the vault locks and the report stays with you. Reading a file works the same way. The model does not keep the vault open. A doctor can see a result only after you share it, and only for a limited time. VitalMarks runs the encrypted vault in the EU; you do not manage keys. We do not open results out of curiosity or for advertising. Today’s demo keeps sample files in your browser and does not create a real share.
How do I sign in?
Sign in with Google. No new password. Your vault unlocks with your account; doctors only if you share. If you use a second step, that is Google’s own 2FA. Later the app may ask again before a sensitive action. VitalMarks does not store a password, and the vault key is not made from one. An email link can stay as a backup; it is not the main way in.
What is the yearly rhythm?
On Signature the year is Deep Dive at the start, with one DEXA. Check-in around month six is blood only, not a second DEXA. An extra DEXA is optional. Explanations update when new results arrive, and a vault stays so you compare against yourself. Check-in booking is coming soon.
