Article 9 health-data consent

Health data is processed only with a documented GDPR Article 9 condition and an Article 6 basis. Where we rely on consent, it is specific, informed, freely given, and unambiguous. Boxes start unticked. Consent is separate from general terms, and you can withdraw it.

Membership signup

The form stores your email, chosen plan, and the consents you tick, plus an optional company name. It is not a laboratory result and does not collect health data. The medical notice and the Article 9 statement are separate boxes.

Upload, when that option is available

Before a file is read, we ask for a separate consent. Reading a file (OCR) and storage of health data do not start until you approve that step. The public preview does not send files to a health-data vault. Do not upload a real laboratory PDF until the vault is live for health data.

Withdrawal

You can withdraw consent. Clear sample history in this browser from the preview settings. For a membership request, use the email address you submitted. We reply to that address.
